Support Policy
 
If you are on a Presstige Software Rent/Purchase Plan or paying a monthly support fee, you are entitled to the following:
  • Unlimited telephone support. There is no guaranteed response time, but your call will be returned promptly.
  • Email support. Many times the easiest way to get help on non-emergency questions.
  • Program updates. As updates become available you will be made aware via email. You may then download the update at your convenience.
  • Prices for support are listed on the ordering page.
  • If you are not on the support plan you are technically not eligible for support. If you have a question anyway, feel free to contact us. We will do our best to be of assistance. If your questions involve a lot of time or are frequent, you will be asked to sign up for our support plan.
  • On Site Support
  • On site support is available on an as needed basis. In most cases, its more productive to handle support via the Internet and telephone. On site support is billable and is not included in your monthly support fee.
Getting Answers
We have three avenues to help you answer your questions:
  • On-line manuals. Go here first to see if your question is covered. The information contained in this area is being updated on a regular basis, so check back from time to time.
  • Email a question. Make sure you indicate the program you are running, the version level, and your question. If necessary, you can include a copy of your data with your email. Click here to see how to do this.

Common Questions
 
How often are updates done?
They are done on an as needed basis. Typically there are several updates per month with an individual program updated every couple of months.

Do I need to download each update?
No. Take a look at the changes that were made and only load the update if you feel these changes would be beneficial.

If I skip a couple of updates, do I have to install each one I missed?
No. You can just install the latest update. You do not need to install each missed update.

Where do I download updates?
Go to the Download page. Then click on the Login button on the screen. If you don't know your customer code and password, let us know.
