Version 1.1.2

• This update represents a complete rework of the ID program. Improved security and expanded capababilities for controlling applications. Please note that you will have to set up all user rights from scratch again after installing this program.
• List of programs installed. This option allows you to add or delete programs from the list so the list can correspond to the programs you are using. It also allows for future expansion to include programs that do not exist at the present time.
• Examine Internal Information. This option allows you to see where each of the programs "exe" files should be installed as well as where the data and personal areas are defined for each program. You can also change these settings from here if you wish.
• Program Launch. After starting the desired program, the ID program will now stay on the screen so that you may run other programs at the same time if you wish. Note that the security feature is only working properly for the accounting programs currently. Estimating and the other programs will be included on the next update for these programs.
• Passwords. Passwords longer than 4-5 characters did not seem to work. This has been corrected. You may enter a password up to 10 characters.

Version 1.1.1

• Modified initial startup code where the program is trying to determine where the database is located. If the device was not valid, the program gave an error, but no indication of where it was looking for the data. This has been modified so that the programs gives the file name that is having trouble with.

• Corrected a problem where you sometimes got an Error 75 (Path File Access Error) when attempting to change then rights to Accounts Payable or some other program for user.

• Passwords are no longer case sensitive.
• Option list was updated for Accounts Receivable so that options that you enable in the ID program will correspond to the correct options in the program.

• Added Accounts Receivable to the list of supported programs. Also cleaned up the option list for Accounts Payable.

• Modified Payroll list of options to correspond made to the payroll program.

• When erasing registy information, it wasn't erasing Payroll registry information. Now it does.
• When erasing registry information, you can now erase just a single program's registry information, instead of having to erase them all.
• If the folder where the id data was stored was erase, the system will indicate that the path wasn't found, but would give you no way to specify the correct path. This has been corrected.
